For us, the well-being of our guests is our top priority. To make your holiday experience something very special, we have thought of a few things for you:
Breakfast buffet (all year round for rooms, chalets and holiday apartments): Start your day well-fortified with homemade jams, fruit spreads, cakes, tempting desserts, homemade smoked sausages, fresh eggs from our chickens, hearty spreads and farmer's ham, various types of bread, seasonal fruit and vegetables, coffee, herbal teas and many other delicacies. Breakfast is served between 8 and 10 a.m.
Bread roll service: On request, we can bring you bread and rolls from the bakery in the village.
Guest refrigerator: If you need cooling or freezing facilities in addition to the refrigerator in the holiday apartments, we can arrange this for you.
Barbecue evenings: On request and when the weather is good, we organize weekly barbecue evenings at sunset.
House and herb garden: Fresh herbs from the garden give your dishes the finishing touch. In summer, we are happy to supply you with seasonal herbs from our garden such as parsley, chives, mountain thyme, rosemary, peppermint, sage, marjoram, oregano, lemon balm or savory. If you wish, just ask Annelie.
Fruit and vegetables: At the Grotthof, we harvest apples, pears, plums, apricots, blackberries, raspberries, lettuce, carrots, potatoes and beans, among other things. On request, we will be happy to provide you with our fresh fruit and vegetables.
Relaxation: In our oasis of peace behind the house, you can relax particularly well on the lawn. Annelie will show you the way to the special relaxation zone!
For our younger guests: If required, we provide high chairs, cots and children's cutlery for small children free of charge. The children's play area in the living room and slides, swings, table tennis, dartboards and the like around the house provide entertainment.
Alto Adige Guest Pass: For a stay of at least 7 days, our guests receive this pass and can use public transport in Alto Adige free of charge

Internet and fax: Please feel free to contact us if you need anything.
Laundry service: If you want to wash yourself, you can do so using the small washing machine for our guests in the passageway. Cost: €7 per wash
Towel service: We are happy to change your towels on request. Just ask us about it.
Waste separation: Proper waste separation is important to us. We therefore ask you to dispose of your waste under the stairs by the covered parking lot in the 5 bins provided for glass/metal, plastic, TetraPak, paper and residual waste. There is a small bin for organic waste in each holiday apartment. If you would like us to dispose of it for you, please place the bucket in the entrance. This will avoid any unpleasant smells.
Parking space and garage: You can park your car comfortably in a covered parking space or in the garage.
Safe: There is a safe in every holiday apartment and room. You will find the instructions for use right next to it.
Information: In an emergency, please dial the emergency number 112 and follow the emergency plan that is displayed in every room or holiday apartment. You will find first aid supplies in every room or holiday apartment. The first aid kit and fire extinguisher are centrally located on the 1st floor.
Sports equipment on the farm: You are welcome to borrow hiking poles, climbing equipment, toboggans and snowshoes, depending on availability
